Our Purpose

Little Sprouts Children's Center will provide a comforting, secure and stimulating environment for children from the ages of 6 weeks to 12 years. We will implement a curriculum that offers a variety of activities and experiences to meet each child's intellectual, social and physical development. Our age appropriate curriculum is designed to stimulate the growth of the children, while also focusing on each individual child's needs. We believe that each child learns at their own rate and in their own way. Our teachers strive to find that "key" that will unlock each child's own individual potential. We offer a variety of activities with a balance of child-directed, teacher-supervised play and activities that lead a child to a successful accomplishment of feelings of self-worth and individualism, along with creativity and cooperation.

We understand that your children are your most prized possession and we feel unbelievably blessed to be able to be part of watching them grow and develop. Our top priority is your children and their safety, as well as providing a loving, learning and interactive environment for them to grow. State Licensed

Little Sprouts is licensed by the State of Iowa. The license is displayed in the entry area. We are inspected periodically by our local agencies to ensure the best for your child in the areas of health, safety, and specific requirements mandated by the State of Iowa. We value our partnership with state regulatory agencies and support their commitment to quality childcare.

Shannon Sinclair

My name is Shannon Sinclair and I am the new proud owner of Little Sprouts Children's Center. I am married and a mother of three, quickly growing children. I have been fortunate enough to be blessed with the ability to be able to care for children in my home for 15 years. Throughout those 15 years, not only did I watch with amazement, my own children grow, but was very blessed to have the opportunity to watch other children grow, as well.  Childhood is an incredible journey, and I love being able to be a part of it. My goal is to be able to make every family's experience here at Little Sprouts special, to take the great things about in-home daycare, and apply them to center based care.
